Where will the conference take place?
The conference will take place at the University Concert Hall of Győr, Dr. Róth Emil Street. GPS-Coordinates: 47° 41’ 06.6” N, 17° 37’ 32.9” E
In what language will the conference take place?
The presentation can be held in german and english language.
Will there be a reserved parking place for the attendees?
Reserved parking will be granted at the Campus of the Széchenyi István University, about 5 minutes on foot from the conference venue.

Do you organize the accommodation as well?
We encourage our guests to book their accommodation at one of the recommended hotels marked on the map on the main page.
Will there be access to wireless internet at the venue?
Yes, we provide broadband wireless access to all of our guests on site.
When will I receive the invoice?
First you will receive a notice of advance payment by mail. We will confirm your participation as we receive the payment. You can collect the original invoice on the second day of the conference at the helpdesk. Please bear in mind that if you cannot collect the invoice personally, it will be sent to the address provided by you at the registration (personal information fields).
Are there any means of public transportation from the Campus to the venue?
You can take any of the following yellow busses at the bus stop of the Campus:
- Bus 9
- Bus 11
- Bus 29
What should I do if I paid but cannot participate on the conference?
Please let us know if your schedule changes. We will ensure that you receive the conference package by mail. Please contact Miss Fanni Borsi. (borsi.fanni@ga.sze.hu) Unfortunately, it is not possible to get a refund after the 21th of April 2020.
What’s included in the price?
The price includes full catering during the days of the conference, the proceedings in printed and/or electronic form. The catering includes lunch, coffee breaks during the days of the conference and participation on the Gala dinner on the 26th of May.
Will there be vegetarian dishes served?
Yes, both during the days and on the evening event.
How can I cancel my registration?
If you would like to cancel your registration, please contact Miss Fanni Borsi (borsi.fanni@ga.sze.hu). In case of the registration cancel, until April 10th, 2020 is 75% of the registration fee, until April 21st, 2020 is 50% of the registration fee receiveable. After April 21st, 2020, repayment is not possible.
